If you have been thinking about yoga but believe "I am not flexible enough to do yoga", THIS IS THE CLASS FOR YOU! Drawn from her Occupational Therapy background and her extensive yoga training, Zorayda Cocchi will guide you to use props, modifications and assists to get the best out of your practice, regardless of your perceived level of flexibility. Poses are built from the least challenging to a slow-graded optional increase in the level of intensity. Experience the multiple benefits of yoga in a supportive environment.
