Improve your health through yoga. Learn to listen to your own body as it guides you to develop the yoga practice that is right for you. Improve your flexibility, strength, balance and awareness so you can live your daily life with ease.

Through focusing on sensation and function, you will be invited to explore poses, movement and stillness, breathing practices and guided relaxation, all with a sense of curiosity, in a supportive non-judgmental environment. After every class, "you will feel that every inch of your body has been addressed from head to toe," in a safe and nurturing way.

Frequently asked questions

You can benefit from yoga regardless of your perceived level of flexibility. Zorayda's yoga classes are designed to meet you where you are in your journey to better health. You will be encouraged to choose the version of the poses/practices that is right for you. You can choose from different types of yoga classes including Yoga For Not-Flexible People.
Once you register for a class, you will receive an email with the zoom link for the class. The day of the class you can join up to 15 minutes prior to the class. You can have your camera on or off. Once the class starts, all participants will be muted so you don't have to be worried about any sounds on your end or be distracted by sounds from other participants. You are encouraged to listen to your body, to take a break or do something different than what is being suggested as it suits your needs.
Drawn from her Occupational Therapy background and her multiple yoga trainings, Zorayda’s classes are designed to address the whole body. Her pace and attention to detail will encourage you to attune to your body and discover the version of the poses/practices that are right for YOU. You will be invited to use of props, self-massage, breathing exercises, relaxation, and meditation. Poses are presented from least challenging to higher levels of intensity so you can get the most out of YOUR yoga practice. All her classes follow the same format (warm up, poses/practices, relaxation) but the content is different in each class. Classes are designed to help you increase your flexibility, strength, balance and awareness. You can try a class and see if it is the right fit for you.
